Check Out Supernatural New Episodes

October 19th, 2010 No comments

All new tales of Supernatural on the CW are back and running for the Sixth season this year. Sam & Dean are reunited as Sam has suspiciously returned from the depths of Hell where he was found at the end of Season 5 after trying to put Lucifer back to his firy pit.

Season 6 of Supernatural looks to be great with America’s best demon hunters back on the prowl. Questions as to what Sam has being doing the past year since he returned from Lucifer’s grip should be answered as well as whether or not Dean’s new lifestyle as a father figure will be able to survive the hunting passion he has so deeply engrained in him.

With Jensen Ackles returning this season as a co-star, this year should be full of bloody, chilling, awesome battles with demons, ghosts, witches, vampires, zombies and other blasts from the past that so want to get rid of those Winchester boys.

Add in Dean’s faithful Angel, Castiel, played by actor Misha Collins, and Bobby Singer, played by Jim Beaver, and you have the recipe for another great year of hunting. As a treat to viewers, the fourth episode of this year’s tales is directed by Jensen Ackles himself, aka Dean Winchester.

The storyline is expected to remain much the same for Supernatual as each week their will no doubt be some kind of evil creature that needs to be buried, burned or disposed of in the proper manner. This year’s story line is sure also to answer the question as to what really happened to Sam Winchester when he went to the underworld and how he was able to return to earth.

Dean undoubtedly will struggle to keep his new family life together, while at the same time, help Sam continue on with the awesome family tradition of kicking some serious demon butt week after week.

Many viewers had thought last year’s Season 5 would be the end to the series as rumors circulated that creators and producers had accomplished their goals with the show and left the story line where it ended comfortably with the apocalypse being averted, Sam being heroic and sacrificing his life to defeat Lucifer and Dean retired from hunting to have the home that he so much desired for years. Thank goodness they have brought the Winchester’s back for at least one more year and maybe this year, God will actually show up and show himself to Sam & Dean along with Castiel!

From murder and espionage to terrorism and stolen submarines, these special agents traverse the globe to investigate all crimes with Navy or Marine Corps ties.

Leading this team that operates outside of the military chain of command is Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon), a skilled investigator and interrogator who is smart, tough and willing to bend the rules to get the job done. Working under Gibbs is Special Agent Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly), a former homicide detective who has instincts that can come only from working on the streets.

Joining them is Abby Sciuto (Pauley Perrette), a gifted forensics specialist whose dark wit matches her goth-style hair and clothes, and Dr. Donald "Ducky" Mallard (David McCallum), a medical examiner.

Through season one a new character has been introduced — special agent Tim McGee (Sean Murray, "The Random Years") whose computer skills will be a very big part of the NCIS team.
