I wonder if you could help. This helped perfectly for months. But today I keep getting this error “Invalid account. Unable to connect. Please try again.” In fact, I get logged in but only for a few seconds and this message pops up. I’ve set up a new account and gone through your steps but it the same things happened. Is my service provider logging me out? Thanks!

I use a droid x screen protector from xoskins on mine. They don't have orange peel or a rubbery texture like others.
